How to Use Your Ice Ball Mold:

1. Before using your new tray, it is important to wash thoroughly with soap and water.
2. First fill the bottom tray with water up to about 1 cm from the edge.
3. Then rest the bottom tray on an even surface in your sink and close it by press down the covering tray until it is sealed.
4. Add water until full (Note: excess water will escape through the 4 vent holes at the top of each ball).
5. When full, gently press down on the top of each mold to force out enough water to give a slight air gap at the top of each ball for expansion - This step is important and will ensure your ice balls forms properly without cracking - Leave in the room temperature for a while for expansion.
6. If there is excess water in the tray, do not worry and let it freeze with the mold.
7. Place on a flat leveled surface inside freezer for 5+ hours.
