We offer worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 2 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
We work with manufacturers and artisans from across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable and all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for an extra piece of mind.
Please be aware that there might be slight international delivery delays due COVID restrictions, however we are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time (2-5 business days) for your order and adding the transit time.

Multiple Items in a Single Order
Orders with multiple items are packed and shipped from our fulfillment centers based on stock availability. It can happen that one order is shipped in two, three, or four parcels. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. If you do not receive all your packages within the expected delivery times, please contact us and we will check everything right away.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show up.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@peekwise.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Stolen/Returned Packages
We ship our merchandise in good faith that you provide us a correct shipping address and there is going to be someone at your delivery address to receive it. We're not responsible or liable for any orders that fail to deliver because:
- The shipping address was insufficient or incorrect; and/or
- The location was not accessible; and/or
- There was no one home to receive it; and/or
- The item(s) did not fit in the mail receptacle; and/or
- The item(s) could not be left in a secure location; and/or
- The addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package; and/or
- The addressee refused to receive the shipment; and/or
- You fail to either schedule a redelivery or pick up the item(s) at your local Post Office.
If you package return to us due to the aforementioned reasons, a redelivery fee applies. However, if you wish to receive your money back, please note we reserve the right to issue a partial refund in which charge a 15% restocking fee and we keep the original shipping cost.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
